Expert evidence for litigation and arbitration

Our experts are Bond Solon trained in expert witness duties and report writing. We understand that an expert's overriding duty is to the court under CPR Part 35, and we write clear, impartial reports that set out our methodology, findings and limitations. Where required, we give evidence and respond to questions from the other side and from the tribunal.

Evidence that stands up to scrutiny

Every examination starts with a forensically sound copy of the data, verified and documented so that the original is never altered. We keep a full chain of custody and record each step, so our findings can be checked and repeated by another expert.

Who we work with

We are instructed by solicitors, barristers, in-house legal teams, arbitration counsel and insurers, as well as companies and private clients. Typical matters include commercial disputes, civil fraud, theft of confidential information by departing employees, employment claims, family proceedings and harassment.

Private prosecutions and criminal matters

We support private prosecutions by carrying out the investigation and gathering the digital evidence, working alongside the instructing law firm, which conducts the prosecution. We also accept instructions in criminal matters, predominantly for the defence.
