Matrimonial Surveillance

Matrimonial surveillance is about answering a simple question that has become very hard to ask: where does my partner really go, and who are they with? Done well, it is quiet, short and precise. Most clients need a clear answer to a specific question on a specific day or evening, not weeks of open-ended watching.

Planning around the question

We begin by understanding the pattern that worries you. Which evenings? Which journeys? What explanation is given, and what would confirm or contradict it? With that, we can plan a focused deployment at the right time and place, which keeps costs down and makes a clear result far more likely.

On the day

Experienced operatives, usually working as a small team, follow and observe from public places without being noticed. They keep a timed log and, where lawful and useful, capture photographs or video. If nothing out of the ordinary happens, that is reported just as carefully, because it is just as important to know.

What you receive

A factual report describing what was observed, when and where, supported by images where appropriate. We do not speculate or embellish. If you later need the evidence for family proceedings, it can be provided to your solicitor in a suitable form.

Confidentiality

Your instruction is known only to the people working on it. We agree in advance how and when we contact you, so that nothing we send could be seen by the person concerned.

Surveillance is only one part of the picture. Our guide to digital divorce covers phones, trackers and shared accounts.
