Our role
Valkyrie is not a public relations agency. We coordinate communication as part of the wider crisis response, working alongside your own legal, communications and HR advisers and, where needed, trusted specialist partners in crisis PR and media relations. That keeps every message tied to the facts the response team is working with.

Different audiences need different things. Staff need to know what to do and what not to say. Families of those affected need honesty and a single, reliable point of contact. Clients and partners need reassurance and practical information. Regulators need accuracy and timeliness. We help you map those audiences and agree who speaks to each.

In the first hours, a short holding statement buys time without committing to what is not yet known. As facts emerge, messages are updated and approved through one channel, so that the organisation speaks with one voice.
Working with legal advice
What you say can affect liability, insurance cover and future proceedings. We work closely with your lawyers so that communications are accurate and do not undermine your legal position, and so that sensitive internal discussion is handled with privilege in mind.
Communications that stay secure
Crisis communications are themselves a target. If an attacker is inside your email, or a leak is ongoing, we advise on secure channels and, where needed, check that meeting rooms are not compromised through a TSCM sweep.
