A laptop left in a taxi. A phone stolen from a café table in Barcelona. A tablet that has not installed an update for eighteen months because nobody wanted to restart it. Every device that can open company email or files is a door into the business, and most organisations have no idea how many doors they have.
Knowing what you have
We build an accurate picture of the devices in use, who uses them and what they can reach. That alone usually turns up a few surprises.
Keeping them safe
Devices are enrolled into management so that encryption is switched on, screens lock automatically, security updates install on time and only approved software runs. Settings are applied centrally rather than relying on everyone remembering.
When a device goes missing
A lost or stolen device can be located where possible, locked and, if necessary, wiped remotely, while the user is up and running on a replacement. What could have been a data breach becomes an inconvenience.
Work and personal use
Where people use their own phones, work data can be kept in a separate, managed space that can be removed without touching their personal photos and messages.
