A deal is discussed on the train home, a little too loudly. A strategy call happens on speakerphone in a hotel lobby. A board pack is left open on a café table while someone orders. The smart speaker in the corner of the meeting room is still listening for its wake word. Information leaks far more often through careless conversation than through sophisticated espionage.
Where conversations go
This training looks at the many ways spoken information escapes: overheard in public places, picked up by phones and connected devices, repeated by drivers, assistants and household staff, or simply discussed in the wrong room. Participants learn to notice the environments they are in and make small, practical changes.
Planning sensitive meetings
Where should a negotiation take place? Who needs to be in the room? Should phones be left outside? How should notes and follow-up be handled? We share simple habits that make confidential meetings far harder to compromise.
For whom
Executives, partners in law and finance firms, family office principals, and the assistants, chiefs of staff and drivers who work closest to them.
