Stalking and Harassment

It may start with a car that seems to appear too often, flowers from someone you never gave your address to, or messages from accounts that keep being replaced as fast as you block them. Stalking and harassment are frightening precisely because they are persistent and personal, and because it can be hard to make others take them seriously without proof.

If you are in immediate danger

Call 999. The police should always be your first contact if you feel at risk. Our role is to support you and the authorities, not to replace them.

How we can help

Many victims know they are being targeted but cannot prove by whom or how. We can carry out counter-surveillance to establish whether you are being followed and by whom, help identify the people behind anonymous accounts through lawful research, and gather and organise the evidence so that a clear pattern of behaviour is visible. Where devices, cars or homes may be monitored, our TSCM team can check for trackers, cameras and listening devices, and our mobile forensics experts can look for stalkerware on phones.

Evidence that leads to action

Harassment and stalking are criminal offences under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, and the courts can also grant civil injunctions and, on police application, stalking protection orders. Each of these depends on evidence. A clear, dated record of incidents, supported by independent observation, makes it far easier for the police and your solicitor to act.

Discreet and understanding

We know how isolating this can be. You will deal with a small, experienced team, and we will always put your safety first.
